Well as of today - it has been 21 days since we received approval from the Ministry. We are still waiting for Children's Bridge to translate our dossier and forward it to China. We are told it generally takes 4 -5 weeks for this to happen.
At this point in time, China doesn't even know we exist...
I have dreams that they are going to shut down international adoptions and only the files that they currently have are going to be processed...that has led to a few sleepless nights!
Even when we are told that we are DTC (Dossier to China), it might be another 6 -8 weeks before we hear what our LID (Log In Date) is...What a nice Christmas present that would be!
Well those are my thoughts for the day...
